Terms of Service
Last updated 6 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Vision Tech's IT support services. By booking or using our services you agree to them. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes your legal rights.
1. About us
Services are provided by Vision Tech, an independent IT support business run as a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Contact: admin@visiontech336.com.
2. Our services
We provide IT support including troubleshooting, setup, network help, security advice and remote support. We will describe the work and the price before we start.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices: we are not currently charging for our services. If that changes, we will agree the price with you in writing before any work starts.
- Payment: not currently applicable. If we start charging, we will tell you when payment is due before you agree to the work.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about the problem and your devices.
- Make sure you are allowed to have us work on the devices and accounts concerned.
- Back up your important data before we start. We can help you set this up.
- Keep your own passwords private. We will never ask for them by message.
- Use properly licensed software.
5. Our responsibilities
We will carry out services with reasonable care and skill, be clear about what we are doing, and respect your privacy and data.
6. Data and backups
Technical work always carries a small risk of data loss. We take care to reduce it, but we cannot guarantee data will never be lost, so backups are important.
7. Third-party products
We may recommend hardware, software or services from other companies. Their own terms and warranties apply, and we are not responsible for how they perform.
8. Guarantee on our work
If our work does not fix the problem you asked us to fix, tell us and we will look at it again.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot legally be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses, and our total liability for any one job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.
10. Cancelling and refunds
See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
11. Complaints
See our Complaints Policy.
12. Privacy
How we use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these terms for future work. The terms in force when you book will apply to that job.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, although consumers may also have rights to use their local courts.
